Pros & Cons of Setting Up Voicemail on iPhone 12

Permanent Availability

Being available allows the recipient of the calls to never miss one. This feature is especially useful for jobs where employees are often away from the phone, such as service people. Or even when regular employees can’t answer their phones while attending meetings.

Eliminate Waiting for the Caller

Having to wait is a frustrating experience for most people. With voicemail, a contact or a customer can quickly convey their urgent messages without feeling that their time is being wasted due to the unavailability of the receiver. Then, the recipient can return the call as soon as they are available, which reduces the waiting time for both parties to send and receive messages.

Many customers prefer voicemail. Voicemails allow customers to communicate their messages effectively and without interruption.

Call Screening

Voicemail enables you to preview incoming calls. High priority calls can be escalated for immediate attention and non-urgent issues may be sent to voicemail to be handled later on.
